RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
If you would like to return the product, you may return it back within 15 days only of receiving the item for a full refund with a photo of the item(s). Let us know if you cannot email us a photo.
We will provide you with several options, regarding exchange or return of your item(s).
Once you pick your option we will issue to you a return address and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), and it must be written on the box/package - please make sure it is legible.
In order to process your request, you must email us to let us know that you have shipped the item (within 15 days of receiving the item) and have the RMA plus tracking number included in the email.
Shipping will be covered by the customer. If you paid for shipping when buying the item, the shipping price cannot be refunded, we can only refund the price of the item.
*For exchange, we cover the cost of sending the new item only back to you. We can issue a store credit if you are unsure of what item you would like to exchange your purchase for.
After receiving your package, it can take up to 14 days (2 weeks) to process your request. During this period we will access and verify what you sent us. We will get in touch with you via email to confirm your return and will finalize the process.
Please note all earrings are FINAL SALE, unless the item is defective.
